  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Fold in half the flour, then half the milk. Repeat with remaining flour and milk.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Spoon into muffin tin and sprinkle topping.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
